At TACH we know how important privacy is for our users and clients. Whenever we can, we do not use your personal information. However, if it is necessary and you decide to provide your information, we will respect your rights and your privacy.

Processing done by TACH

Below, we explain the processing we carry out in our website and our app. We have differentiated each type of processing and respective purpose, so you can clearly understand them.

Is it necessary for you to supply us with any personal information?

Information we gather:

  1. Contact information in the web form: we gather your contact information, such as name, surname, email, telephone and name of company;
  2. Information about your account: there is no need for you to provide us with your personal information, as you can use a pseudonym. However, you can also use your name or use your photo to configure a profile of your account and your personal information
  3. Your messages: We do not keep your messages during normal provision of our services. Once your messages are delivered (including chats, photos, videos, archives and information on your location), they are blocked in our servers. Your messages are stored in your own device.
  4. Information on location. We gather information on the location of the device if you use our location or location-finding functions in our app, i.e. if you choose to share your location. We also use it to diagnose and resolve problems, e.g. if you have problems with the location or location-finding functions of our application. We use various technologies to determine location, including IP addresses, GPS, Bluetooth signals and information about nearby WiFi access points, beacons and telephone antennas.

For what purpose do we process your information?

  1. If you contact us to resolve any question, for consultation or to obtain information via the webpage, we will only process your information to answer your request or for any consequent action.
  2. If you accept the processing for informational mailings or subscribe to our newsletter, we will process your personal information for the purpose of sending you periodically via email communications that may include information about our offers, advice, news and advertising about our products or services in accordance with your preferences.
  3. If you register or create a user account, we will process your information so you can use our group messaging services. 
  4. We use the information we have to operate and to provide our services, including customer attendance service, and also to improve, correct and personalize our services. To improve the quality of services, we carry out investigations and develop and test new services and functions, and also conduct activity to resolve problems. We also use your information to reply to you when you contact us.

For how much time do we process your information?

Your information will be kept until your request or the actions derived therefrom are resolved.

Your information will be kept as long as you do not cancel your account or subscription to our newsletter.

TACH will process your information as long as necessary for the indicated purpose or until you oppose such processing.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal information?

With whom do we share your information?

Your information may be shared with other users or with the company or enterprise that manages the corporate groups for TACH CORPORATE, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, as long as you access the corresponding corporate chat.

 Also, in some cases we will need our providers to process information in our name, but they will only use your information according to our instructions. For example, to store or house personal information.

Furthermore, if you request portability of your information, we will communicate it to the addressee you indicate.

What are your rights?

At any time, you have the right to:

  1. Know if your personal information is being processed and when appropriate to access same.
  2. Correct your personal information if inexact or incomplete
  3. Have us eliminate your information if not needed for the indicated purposes
  4. Have us limit the processing of your personal information
  5. Transfer your personal information to another provider of your choice (portability).
  6. Oppose the processing of your personal information or withdraw your respective consent at any time.
  7. Submit a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your rights have been infringed.

For such purpose, you only have to contact us by sending a written communication to the business address of TACH or via email to hello@tach-messaging.com  

Remember that you can request elimination of the TACH account at any time by contacting our support team (hello@tach-messaging.com). When the process begins a message will be sent to you, indicating that the account elimination process is under way. Bear in mind that if you only eliminate the application from your device, it is possible that we keep your information for a longer period. Note that when you eliminate your account, this does not affect the information about you that other users have, such as a copy of messages you sent.

Conditions for installing the app

To install our app, you have given your prior consent to allow this application to have access in your device to the following:

  1. Your personal information: to aggregate or modify calendar events and send invitations to groups by means of email messages, networks or similar, to read contact data, read calendar events and confidential information.
  2. Your location: detailed location (GPS), non-detailed location (network-based).
  3. Your messages: notifications of messages received.
  4. Communication by net: unlimited internet access.
  5. Hardware controls: access to the photo gallery/to take pictures.
  6. System tools: to connect and disconnect archive systems, change overall system adjustments.
  7. Programming tools: to test access to protected storage.
  8. Communication by net: to check network status, check WiFi status.

Access will only be possible as long as you do not revoke the consent by configuring the permissions of your device or eliminating the application.


When you use our business products, such as TACH CORPORATE, and provide your personal information, you should take the following into account:

  1. The person responsible for the processing will be the head of the company or enterprise that manages each corporate group, and TACH CORPORATE will act as data processor.
  2. The entity or legal person that manages the corporate group must inform users about the processing of personal information. It will therefore be responsible for complying with applicable legislation, including having a privacy policy and guaranteeing that all permissions and consent needed to gather and use the content of users who interact in the application are obtained. 
  3. TACH will ensure that the agreements signed with companies to not clash with the TACH usage conditions, including this policy.
  4.  TACH prohibits organizations that participate in terrorist or criminal activities from using the products of TACH CORPORATE. It is therefore exempt from any responsibility if the products of TACH CORPORATE are used to commit crimes or organize criminal activities. 

Minors under 14 years old

As a general rule, at TACH we do not process personal information of minors under 14 years old, nor do we address our content or information to them. If you are under 14 years old, please do not provide your personal information to us. It is best for you to ask your parents to help you and for them to provide us your personal information, if eventually necessary.

However, if you use TACH CORPORATE, the company or enterprise responsible for the group conversations may process the personal information of minors under 14 years old as long as they guarantee compliance with data protection regulations by obtaining due consent from the parents or designated legal guardians and guaranteeing the best interest of the minors.

Modification of this privacy policy 

TACH reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy according to its own criteria or due to a change in legislation. It is quite likely that we will need to modify this privacy policy to keep it updated. If we do so, we will inform you beforehand by means of this website or via one of our periodical communications.

Use of this website after such changes shall imply acceptance of same.
